Because bridal blouses, lehengas, and designer garments are custom-tailored to your exact measurements, your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Free Fit Adjustment: If your stitched garment requires any adjustment—including armhole tightening, waist sizing, bust ease, or sleeve length modifications—bring it to our Samalapuram or Karnempettai studio within 7 days for 100% free alterations.

Our master tailors ensure that your garment fits like a second skin before your special day.

🛡️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We perform rigorous 3-point quality checks on all zari wires, stones, padding, and stitching before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged garment:

  • Reporting Window: Contact our team via WhatsApp at +91 99763 44673 within 7 days of receipt.
  • Photographic Proof: Share photos or a brief video highlighting the defect or fabric damage.
  • Resolution: You are entitled to an immediate priority re-stitch, item replacement, or a 100% full refund processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Product Exchanges

We gladly accept product exchanges for ready-to-wear pieces, standard collection blouses, and unworn accessories within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
  • Accompanied by the original atelier purchase slip or booking confirmation.

📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can return or exchange an item via either of the following two simple options:

Option 1: Walk-in to Our Studios (Recommended for Instant Fitting)

  • Samalapuram Atelier: Opp to IDBI Bank, Samalapuram, Annur - Avinashi - Mettupalayam Rd, Somanur, Tamil Nadu 641663.
  • Karnempettai Atelier: AutoStand, Annur Road, Karnempettai, Tamil Nadu.

Option 2: Courier Return

If you are outside Coimbatore/Tiruppur, message our atelier team on WhatsApp (+91 99763 44673). We will provide you with the courier return address and instructions.
